Shipping Policy

At Jurrque, we are proud to offer free shipping within the continental United States.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to the continental U.S. only.
We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time. Orders placed for these regions will be cancelled and refunded.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from one of our U.S. warehouses.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during weekends, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Delivery Time

Most orders within the continental U.S. are delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday schedules.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If a phone number was provided at checkout, you may also receive tracking updates by text message.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@jurrque.com. We will do our best to update your address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the package has been dispatched.

Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Jurrque is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly and also reach out to us. We will do our best to assist you.
